1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and mosbit ("mosbit", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at mosbit.vip. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the mosbit platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, wagering, bonus participation, and any other interaction with our services.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of mosbit services, including real-money wagering and BDT withdrawals, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on mosbit. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must keep that information updated at all times. mosbit will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.
• Account verification: mosbit may require you to verify your identity at any stage, including prior to processing your first withdrawal. mosbit reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account that was opened in breach of these Terms.

4 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your mosbit account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords or OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your mosbit account, whether for real-money wagering or any other purpose.
• You must notify mosbit immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account.
• mosbit will never contact you by email, SMS, or phone to request your password or full payment credentials. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us.

mosbit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, or from your authorisation — whether express or implied — of any third party to access your account. Transactions completed using your correct login credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have previously notified mosbit of a compromise.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mosbit platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mosbit supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500 unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal verification: mosbit reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be released to accounts where outstanding verification requirements remain unfulfilled.
• Payment method consistency: Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same mobile money account used for the most recent deposit. mosbit reserves the right to enforce this policy at its discretion as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Processing times: Deposits are typically confirmed within one minute of submission. Withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day, subject to verification status and transaction volume.
• Transaction fees: mosbit does not charge platform-level fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile money provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own standard transaction charges independently of mosbit.
• Refused transactions: mosbit reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with prohibited activity, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may result in account suspension.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

mosbit offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives, including a 200% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000 on a qualifying first deposit. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page at the time of opt-in.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion is available once per eligible account unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise. Claiming a bonus using multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Game contribution: Different game categories may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. 7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets offered on mosbit are governed by the specific rules of the relevant game or market, which are available within the game interface or betting section. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. mosbit does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where a manifest system error is identified by mosbit.
• mosbit reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at clearly incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical malfunction.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the result as determined by the relevant game provider or official governing body shall be final and binding.
• For sports betting markets, settlement will be based on the official result declared by the relevant competition's governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of abandonment or cancellation, mosbit's specific market rules for that event will apply.
• mosbit is not responsible for interruptions to gameplay caused by your internet connection, device failure, or power outage. Any unsettled round or bet affected by a connection interruption on your side will be resolved in accordance with the game's standard rules.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mosbit platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with mosbit.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the mosbit platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or circumvent security measures.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform or any game to obtain winnings that would not otherwise be available under normal operating conditions.
• Using the mosbit platform in connection with any form of money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes through your mobile money provider after funds have been credited to your mosbit account and used for wagering.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without their authorisation.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the mosbit platform without prior written consent from mosbit.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the mosbit platform — including but not limited to the mosbit name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data, and compiled databases — is the intellectual property of mosbit or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mosbit platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without mosbit's prior written authorisation.

Game titles, graphics, and software provided by third-party developers including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used by mosbit under licence.

10 Privacy & Data

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Responsible Gaming

• Continuation of the account relationship would expose mosbit to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk;
• The account holder has provided false information at any stage; or
• A court order or regulatory direction requires account restriction.

Where an account is closed by mosbit for cause, any bonus funds and associated pending winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances held in genuine good faith may be returned following completion of verification, at mosbit's sole discretion.

14 Amendments to These Terms

mosbit reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except where applicable law requires a specific notice period. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at mosbit.vip/terms-conditions with the effective date noted at the top of the document.

Where changes to the Terms are material, mosbit will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via their registered email address or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of mosbit following the publication of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law. mosbit.vip operates as an international online gaming platform. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary.
